The GoodElectronics Network is pleased to share with you our Annual Report 2014. Together with network members and project partners, we have been very active on many fronts. We are proud to highlight some of the achievements we realised in this presentation.

In 2014, GoodElectronics (GE) embarked upon a 5-year EC funded programme to ensure that people are put before profits across the electronics supply chain. In the first year, progress was made in the following areas:

  • 1,800 workers and 350 trade unionists received training
  • Several research reports highlighted different aspects of the electronics industry
  • Seven organisations received a sub-grant for a total of 28,000 Euro.
  • Engagement with the industry through meetings, a video message and street art
  • A broadening of the issues raised include chemicals, freedom of association and cobalt
  • A make-over for the GoodElectronics website and newsletter
  • And more!

Besides an overview of achievements in 2014, the presentation also offers some first results of 2015, and a glimpse into the future plans of the network.
