The NHRC declared the change in work schedule at NXP to be deeply problematic.

The new working system from 6 working days per week with 1 day off to 4 working days with 2 days off affected the daily waged workers, whose earning wages were reduced, while their well-being was also impacted because they were deprived of family time and time for social relationships.

The Thai National Human Rights Commission declared the change in work schedule to be deeply problematic, and recommends a revision of the Labor Relations Committees (LRC) decision.
