The Forum for IT Employees (F.I.T.E.) India has released a Charter of Demands on March 31, in which they demand determined action by the Indian government to establish better working conditions in the electronics industry in India.
According to their website, the F.I.T.E. “brings together employees of various IT and ITES companies and will work as a platform to speak out for the welfare and rights of IT and ITES employees of India. This forum is run by collective of IT professionals from different IT/ITES Companies.”
