IndustriAll Global Union has just launched the toolkit to eradicate violence and harassment in the world of work. The toolkit consists of a facilitators’ guide and an activities workbook.
The manual will provide unions with critical tools in fighting for the eradication of violence and harassment in the world of work. It is also aimed at supporting the ILO Convention 190 and Recommendation 206.
The toolkit does not only cover violence, harassment, physical assault, bullying, sexual harassment, online abuse, economic violence, and abusive work practices in the workplaces. But it also includes domestic violence and its impact on the work of, especially, women workers.
