CTUHR is a labour rights organisation engaged in research, documentation and monitoring of human and labour rights risks and violations, involving workers in the formal and informal sector. It also engages in multi-level campaigns and advocacy at national and international level. CTUHR also supports the organising and empowerment of women and advocates for gender equality in the workplace, and development based on justice.
