WAC is a not-for-profit labour rights organisation, doing direct organising of workers in export processing zones in Batangas and Cavite. We are focused on empowerment of workers, specifically women workers; freedom of association and collective bargaining negotiations, working conditions, (living) wage, precarious employment, and job security.
