IndustriAll is developing a strategy to organize the battery supply chain. The battery supply chain is the fastest-growing supply chain with demand outgrowing supply. In doing so, IndustriALL will collaborate with companies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to strengthen trade union work.
One of the critical aspects of organizing the supply chain is legislation and due diligence. European countries have started to introduce the new due diligence. Trade unions will play an important role in the process.
IndustriAll will focus on the auto industry. The level of organized workers is high at many auto manufacturers.
