Original question as formulated in the survey: Do EICC member companies have language in their contracts with their suppliers requiring disclosure of all materials used in production?

EICC self-score:

EICC justifies this score by referring to VAP Protocol E12.2, which requires that the next tier suppliers implement the Code.

GoodElectronics and ICRT score:

As there is no provision in the EICC Code or the VAP Protocol to require disclosure of all materials used during production, VAP E12.2 does not apply.
