Original question as formulated in the survey: Do EICC member companies require that their suppliers map each manufacturing process and identify the potential for harm due to exposure to hazardous chemicals for each such process?

EICC self-score: Chemical Challenge Gap Analysis - Green (No gap)

EICC justifies this score by referring to VAP Protocol C3.1 without further additions.

GoodElectronics and ICRT score: Chemical Challenge Gap Analysis - Orange (Gap)

GoodElectronics and ICRT again remark that C3.1 seems to only address environmental issues, not occupational health and safety. Again, definitions of adequacy or verifiability are not provided, meaning there is no way for auditors hired  by EICC or individual companies  to evaluate compliance. Moreover, C3.1 does not require chemical mapping of each production process while that is exactly what is needed, according to GoodElectronics and ICRT.
