The American chip company Qualcomm has rejected an revised offer ($121 billion) from Broadcom, but proposes a meeting.

Broadcom’s first proposal in November 2017 (worth $ 105 billion) had been rejected without engaging further. However, this time the technology company proposes a meeting to see “if it could address the serious deficiencies in value and certainty in its proposal”.
