The report highlights numerous labor rights violations at Pegatron’s Pegaunihan factory in Indonesia, including discrimination, unsafe working environments, wage theft, forced overtime, and poor protection for pregnant workers. Key issues include inadequate occupational health and safety training, casualization of labor, improper handling of union activities, and insufficient accommodations for night shifts and pregnant employees.
