Last week arrest warrants were sought for three Samsung executives after suspected attempts by the officials to disrupt labour unions in South Korea.

The prosecution claim that the executives worked together to strategically target workers participating in union activities and threaten them with job loss. Documents obtained by prosecutors allegedly outline the plans made by the executives and their intent to sabotage labour unions.
