During 2008, TimetoTurn will run a campaign against injustice in the production of cellphones. TimetoTurn wants to break the connection between injustice and our cellphones.

The facts are clear, but consumers don't know about it. TimetoTurn will ask people to write a postcard with a personal message to the cellphone industry. Those cards will be collected and offered - as a text message bundle - to Nokia, Samsung, Motorola, Siemens, LG and SonyEricsson. TimetotTurn wants to stimulate people to think twice before they buy a new phone again.

For more information about the connection between phones, Congo, China and injustice, please take a look at the international project makeITfair.

The campaign will mainly focus on a Dutch audience. Please join the campaign and stick the pink 'made in Congo' sticker on your mobile. The sticker can be ordered at the TimetoTurn web shop.

TimetoTurn is a movement of young people in the Netherlands who want to choose for a sustainable and just way of life, based on their faith in Jesus Christ. We want to provide each other with study material, campaigns and inspiration, and together speak for those who cannot speak for themselves.
