African Resources Watch (AFREWATCH), is a Congolese regional organisation created in 2013. It advocates for a fair and equitable exploitation of natural resources in Africa, by making multinational extractive enterprises and accounting states accountable for their management. The organisation intervenes in the field of natural resources: mines, hydrocarbons and water. Its means of action are: capacity building of grassroots community organisations, monitoring of extractive industries abuses, and advocacy.
